It was quite clear that the measurements for the door were not exactly right as the team attempted the install. They did not say much or give me any meaningful information but I did comment at one point and the guy said that was true. They did, however, do a fine job for the most part and even saved my old woodwork for me. I will just have to touch up the wall a bit around one side.

We had arranged for the team to call my husband prior to arrival so he could come home from work and meet the team of installers. Unfortunately there was no call and I didn't know they were at the house until my ring doorbell went off. It all turned out ok, but it wasn't ideal without the call. The installers were awesome.
